Oh my goodness, I just can't say enough about this cute little outfit!
The fabric is so soft and luxurious but still feels nice and thick, like it will hold up well. But I will admit that the softtness was the very first thing I noticed about it. Then I showed it to my husband when he got home and he said "it's so soft". Now it's very unusual for me to get much more than just a "uh huh" from him, so to get a comment like that, believe me, it's really soft! The outfit is put together very well and the color is a really beautiful apricot color, unlike colors that you find in most baby clothes. I love it.
And it has a little embroidered flower and bee on the chest, very cute. My daughter is 5months old and we have a 3-6month "sack" and it is still a little big for her, but that's okay, she'll be able to use it into the chilly evenings this fall. I would absolutely purchase more of these clothes and recommend them to other Moms. Great job on these clothes!!!!

We got the baby overalls and i loved it. It was so soft. It is a 3-6 so we won't get to wear it long..it is already pretty snug so we will see how it holds up when i wash it. The bib was great! Harlee is teething so we put it right on her. It absorbs more than the other bibs I have. She even spit up RED JELLY BEANS ON IT and I washed it and it came out!

I was selected to review a line of organic clothing for babies by a company called Maharishi Ayurveda. No, I have no idea how to pronounce that. I was excited to be participating and not just for the free clothing! I live a fairly green lifestyle, I grow my own veggies, cook from scratch, make most of my own household cleaning supplies, heck if I can do it the "green" way, I'll do it.
A few days after being selected I received a small brown box delivered kindly by Ralph the mailman. I opened it up. I didn't know what type of clothing I would be sent or what it would look like so it was almost like getting a gift. My initial reaction was "aw, that's so cute!" and so soft to a pair of blue sleep jammies and baby bib. Each had a cute little monkey embroidered on to it. Each came with a small tag explaining why organic clothing is best. That's good, 8 out of 10 for cuteness, and 10 out of 10 for good information.
Eagerly, I took my unsuspecting baby stripped him down and redressed him in the PJs. Kyle slightly annoyed that I dare interrupt him for a wardrobe change continued to chase after the rabbit in a futile attempted to catch her once he was dressed.
The bib I have better things to say about. The bib was also able to hold up to the ultimate test: Blueberries! It came thought the wash looking just as good as it did before. The stitching on the little embroidered monkey held up well and it did not appear to shrink. I give the bib a 9 out of 10 for its ability to hold up to stains, washing, drying, and over all cuteness and softness.

Well I woke up Saturday morning to a package being delivered. I was glad it came that day because it made daddy get up earlier for once on weekends! lol As soon as we got we opened it up. Spent Saturday morning looking over the catalogs while Gavin watched cartoons. Gavin received the pocket tee with the drawstring pants. I was so happy.
Just so happens that Gavin's favorite color is green and is the color of the top and the trim on the pants. Prefect size, a little extra room in the tee, but not so much that it swamps him. The pants are a little long. I can tell though that he needs that extra length. He grew 2 inches in about 3 months. The clothes are softer than anything made from cotton that I've felt. That look pretty sturdy and so comfy.
Gavin seemed to like them. He didn't like his pic being taken, but liked the clothes. Haven't washed them yet, but I will be in the next couple days. I'm sure they'll do just fine. Thanks so much for the opportunity to try these awesome organic clothes! I was already looking at tshirts for me. That's the kind of girl I am, love comfy simple tees...Oh, I also caught Gavin checking out the catalog when I took the pics...

Okay so (as I said before) we got the sundress on Friday when I got home from work and I love it! It is so dang cute on her and should still fit her next Summer (hurray). I finally took a couple pics but want to get a few more after washing it. It washed up very nicely.
Keara did not eat in it so I did not have to attempt to get stains out of it yet but I can say that it washed well. I always worry about organic clothes losing their shape when washed but this did well. I did not dry it because I do not dry any of Keara's clothes so I can't speak for what a dryer would do to it. But it has my vote and I will for sure be buying some more items from the catalog! Thanks MAPI (and Laura too)
I will post the pics when I get home tonight! I will also add them to the group photos and do my post on my home page too, I want to be sure to add all my photos on there at one time so my friends that look at it can see them.

I absolutely looove it!!! It's soo cute and I love how soft it is! I got her a 2T which usually that size fits her she's big for her age at
21 months but it was kinda big which is good something she can grow into! I'll take a pic asap and post it! I plan on buying some more clothing I love it.

We got Kailyn's sundress today. It is soo cute, comfy and oh so soft!!
I compared her other cotton clothes to the dress....no comparison, that dress redefines soft! I attemped to get a pick but like Peajewel said by the time I got the camera out she had it off. I'll post a pic asap. It is a lil big(the straps fall off her shoulders). But she'll grow into it soon enough. I definitely plan on getting some more things. Thank you Laura, James and MAPI!!!!!

I received the clothes today and I am sooo pleased. I love the cut of the boys pocket tees! They smell great too. I am very anxious to get them out in public. I wish I had gotten some of the girls stuff, it looks just as adorable and comfortable. Even if I don't receive anyhthing else, I do think I will buy more of the tees. I wish they had bigger sizes though.

it came today.
my middle child (which is whom they were meant for) was a little small for them. (sz.4)
so i tried them on my 5 yr. old.....they fit! yeah!
my other daughter decided to wear the box ;) he he. she likes to be a robot. so it was a win win!
they are very soft...
my daughter said..."these are comfy cozy"! so she seems to like them

We got our package in the mail today. I LOVE the color, I think it's called celery in the catalog. And the little elephant on it is SO adorable. It's super soft and seems extremely well made. The snaps seem to be reinforced well. The only bad thing I can say is that I wish I'd asked for a hat instead of the bib. *lol* Because he would've looked SO cute in the hat. I had them on him for a little bit but he was not a happy camper, so I didn't get any good pics. (Only screaming ones. haha) So I'll try again later to get a happy pic of him wearing it. Can't promote a product with pics of screaming babies. It seems very well made and I just hope it continues to stay this soft after being washed a few times. Thank you again for choosing us.

We got Fallon's pink sleeper and bib. Both items are great and really really really soft. I can only wish that my pj's were that soft. LOL!
The sleeper is a little long on her but I asked for the next size up from what she is currently wearing so that once it does get cooler she'll have plenty of time to grow into it. We've had no problems with the bib either.
I could see myself buying more of these items and also getting some for Axl as well.

I got mine yesterday too! I love the color and the embroidery, the workmanship is really nice, no loose threads or surging wiggles it's all nice and straight. The fabric itself is soft and a lot thicker than I expected it to be ( I was kinda thinking it was going to be really light weight). The snaps on the pair of Pajamas are all properly reinforced so they don't pull out or through the knit material. I'm doing laundry today so we'll see how it holds up when I throw it in with DD clothes. Now on to the bib...same great material as the pj's but double up to be more absorbent. I like the contrast edging and that the snap for the bib is offset to the side instead of being at the back of the neck.

I received Aspen's outfit last week and I loved them the moment I opened it! The shirt and the pants are so soft! She wore them the other day and they just look so comfy! They washed well and i don;t think it shrank at all, and if it did...it didn't shrink much! So overall I am pretty happy with the quality of the clothes and I will be buying from this company in the future!
